I work with clients who are struggling to navigate the impact of trauma, anxiety, relational issues, and depression using mind-body, neuroscience-informed psychotherapy in the Tulsa, Oklahoma, area. Therapy approaches used include integrative EMDR, Ego State, and Somatic Experiencing™ approaches. The experience of trauma may contribute to chronic issues of stress, anxiety, and difficulty with relationships. I frequently incorporate mind-body integration using somatic or mindfulness practices such as the Safe and Sound Protocol™, Qigong, Tai Chi, and meditation as a part of neuroscience-informed trauma treatment.
